A photo or video won’t upload
Supported formats and file sizes for references, sound for video and profile photos.

Common causes
- HEIC format (iPhone photos) is not supported — save the picture as JPG or take a screenshot.
- The file is too large — compress it or trim the video.
- The clip is too long for the model — some sound models have a lower limit, for example 30 seconds; the form shows it.
- Unstable connection — a large file may not get through; try again over Wi-Fi.
Audio
You can’t upload your own audio files: for avatars and merging the track comes from your generations. Create a voice-over or music in the “Audio & voice” tab first.
