A generation is taking long
How long it usually takes, whether you can close the page and when to contact support.

The time depends on the model, duration and resolution. Under heavy load at the providers there may be a queue.
Can I close the page?
Yes. The generation runs on the server, and the finished result appears in “My generations” even if you leave the form. The task list in the form itself disappears after a page reload — look for the result in your gallery.
If it’s been a very long time
A task that runs for more than 30 minutes ends automatically with a “Timeout” error, and the credits go back to your balance. Contact support if this keeps happening on the same model.
How to speed things up
- for drafts, choose a shorter duration and lower resolution — they are faster and cheaper to render;
- models tagged “fast” are built for quick results;
- run the final version in full quality once the scene works.
