Voice, music and sound

Sound for an existing video

How to add sound to a silent clip: file requirements, description and choosing a model.

The “Sound for video” tab returns the same clip with a generated soundtrack: footsteps, engines, wind, music — matching what happens in the frame.

What to upload

  • a video in MP4, MOV or WebM — up to 100 MB and up to 60 seconds;
  • or pick a clip from “My generations”;
  • some models have lower limits (for example, up to 30 seconds) — the form tells you.

Describing the sound

The description is usually optional: leave it empty and the model will choose the sound itself. If you want something specific, describe it. Some models require a description and some don’t accept one at all; the form shows this for the selected model.

Choosing a model

Models come with samples — all of them on the same clip, so they are easy to compare before spending credits. The price is mostly based on the seconds of the source video.
