Is there auto-renewal?

No. A plan is paid once for 1, 6 or 12 months up front and never renews by itself.

What this means for you

• your card is not linked to the account for recurring charges;
• there is no subscription to cancel — the plan simply ends when its term is over;
• to continue, pay for the plan again — the days are added to your current term.

We remind you 3 days before the plan ends — whether to extend it is up to you.

When the term ends

Your account goes back to the free plan. Credits already added stay on your balance and don’t expire — you can keep using them, just without the plan discount. Credit packs are also one-time purchases with no subscription.

6- and 12-month plans

You pay once for the whole term, and the credits arrive in installments: the first right away, then every 30 days. There are no extra charges for these installments.
