Is payment secure?
Card details are processed by WayForPay under PCI DSS — we never receive or store them.
Yes. We never receive or store your card details — the payment goes through the secure page of the WayForPay payment service, which complies with PCI DSS.
What we see
Only the fact of payment: which product was paid for, the amount, currency and payment status. The card number, expiry date and CVV stay with the payment service. Your card is not linked to the account for recurring charges: every payment is a separate one that you confirm yourself.
Payment confirmation
Credits are added only after WayForPay confirms the payment. We also verify the confirmation and the payment amount on our side. Unfinished payments that you didn’t complete are cancelled automatically after 2 days.
How to make sure the page is genuine
- the payment page opens only after you click the button in your dashboard;
- check the payment page address in your browser — it is a WayForPay domain;
- we never ask you to send card details via Telegram, email or a support request.
