How to pay for a plan or credits
Step by step: from choosing a plan to credits landing on your balance.
- Open your dashboard: Settings → Subscription (or click “Top up / plan” on the balance card).
- Choose a plan and term — 1, 6 or 12 months — or a credit pack in the “Buy more credits” block.
- Click the pay button — the secure WayForPay page opens.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- After payment you return to your dashboard. The page checks the status for a minute and shows “Payment successful!” or “Plan activated!”.
When credits arrive
Credits are added automatically as soon as WayForPay confirms the payment — usually within seconds. For a 6- or 12-month plan the first installment arrives right away and the rest every 30 days.
If the credits haven’t arrived
- refresh the dashboard — the confirmation may have arrived after the check finished;
- make sure the payment went through in your banking app;
- if the money was charged but there are no credits, contact support or email [email protected] with your account email, the date and the amount.
Unfinished payments (when you closed the payment page) are cancelled automatically after 2 days — you are not charged for them.
