Paying with crypto
USDT, BTC, ETH and other coins via NOWPayments: priced in US dollars, credits after network confirmation.
You can pay for a plan or a credit pack with cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC, ETH and other coins. Payments are processed by NOWPayments.
How to pay
- In your dashboard open Settings → Subscription.
- Above the plans or credit packs choose the “Crypto” payment method.
- Click the pay button — the NOWPayments invoice page opens.
- Choose a coin and network and send exactly the amount shown on the invoice to the given address.
- Return to the dashboard: the page shows “Waiting for network confirmation…” and, once credited, that the payment went through.
Priced in US dollars
A crypto invoice is always issued in US dollars — even on the Ukrainian version of the site. The coin amount is calculated at the rate when the invoice is created and stays fixed while the invoice is valid. We don’t add an exchange fee, but the network fee for the transfer is paid by the sender.
When credits arrive
Credits are added automatically once the network confirms the transfer — usually from a few minutes to an hour, depending on the coin. You can close the dashboard page. An unpaid invoice is closed after about a day.
If you sent the wrong amount
If less than the invoice amount arrives, credits are not added automatically: contact support or email [email protected] with your account email, the date, the coin and the transaction hash. We will check the payment and sort out a top-up or crediting manually.
Refunds
A crypto payment can be refunded in the same cases as a card payment — see Refunds. We refund manually: in USDT for the US dollar amount of the invoice, to the wallet you specify (along with the network), minus the network fee.
