Photos of real people

Whose photos you may upload for videos, avatars and face swap — and whose you may not.

Some models accept photos of people as a first frame or reference — to animate a portrait or make a video featuring you. By uploading a photo or video with a person, you confirm that:

  • it shows you or a person who has consented to AI content being created with their likeness — and you can prove that consent if asked;
  • you have the rights to the file itself (you took the picture or have permission to use it).

You may not upload

  • photos of celebrities, politicians, influencers or other public figures;
  • photos of minors, except your own children and only for neutral family scenes;
  • photos of people taken from social networks, websites or messengers without their permission;
  • any photos of people for intimate, compromising or humiliating scenes.

If a model rejected a photo with a face

Some models reject frames with a face even when the rules are followed. Credits for such a rejection are refunded and it does not count as a violation — see A model rejected my photo with a face.

Photos are sent to the model provider only to perform the generation. If the person shown in a result contacts us, we will delete the materials and may block the account.
