Yes, the Ultra plan includes a commercial license. Note that you are responsible for making sure the generated content does not infringe third-party rights (trademarks, other people’s characters and so on).
Check before publishing
- there are no third-party logos or brands in the image unless you have rights to them;
- there are no protected characters from films, games or cartoons;
- real people are only you or those who gave written consent;
- a clip with a real person isn’t passed off as genuine footage where that would mislead (news, testimonials, ads on someone’s behalf).
Models with their own license
Some models in the catalog are tagged “commercial license” — another pointer if the result is going into advertising.
Some models reject requests with exact copies of protected characters and logos — that is their filter at work, not a service error.
