How to remove a background or an object

Cutting out a product, a new background and removing text, logos or people from a shot.

Remove the background

Remove Background cuts out the main object and removes the background — great for product listings and collages. No description needed: just add the photo.

Replace the background

Background Replace places the object on a new background from your description: “on a marble table in morning sunlight”. You can also change the background with a text command in FLUX Kontext Max or Seedream 4.5 Edit.

Remove an unwanted object

  1. Choose Object Removal and add the photo.
  2. In the prompt field, write what to remove: text, a watermark, a logo, a person. The name is enough — no need for “please remove”.
  3. Remove one object at a time — the model handles several comma-separated names unreliably.

If the name can’t be recognized, the form asks you to rephrase before any credits are charged.

Don’t remove watermarks from other people’s protected images: you are responsible for third-party rights in the result.
