Do credits expire?
Plan credits and purchased credits stay on your balance. The exception is the sign-up gift.
No. Plan credits arrive every 30 days and stay on your balance even after the plan ends — just like credits bought separately. When a plan ends, only the generation discount goes away.
How plan credits are added
The first installment arrives right after payment, the next ones every 30 days of the paid term. So a 6-month plan gives six installments and a 12-month plan gives twelve. Credits already added never expire.
What does expire
- The sign-up gift — lasts 48 hours, then any unused balance expires (unless you paid for something before that).
- The plan discount — stops when the term ends.
- Installments not yet added for a 6- or 12-month plan are cancelled if you request a refund — see the Refund Policy.
When the term ends, your account goes back to the free plan and your credits stay — you can use them with no time limit.
