Password and account access
How to change or set a password and what to do if you can’t log in.
Changing your password
- Open Settings → Security.
- Enter a new password — at least 6 characters — and repeat it in the confirmation field.
- Save the changes.
If you signed up with Google, you can set a password here too — then you can log in both with Google and with email and password.
Can’t log in
- check how you signed up: if with Google, click “Continue with Google”;
- check your keyboard layout and Caps Lock;
- if you forgot your password and Google sign-in isn’t connected, email support at [email protected] from the address your account is registered to.
Account security
- don’t reuse a password from other sites;
- we never ask for your password or card details in emails or messages;
- the account owner is responsible for actions taken from the account, so don’t share access.
