Gift credits and the trial mode
How many credits you get on sign-up, what they cover and which limits apply until your first payment.
Every new user gets 60 credits as a gift. That is enough for 15 images in FLUX.2 Pro or 10 in Seedream 4.5.
How long the gift lasts
The gift lasts 48 hours from sign-up, after which any unused balance expires. Gift credits are spent first. If you pay for a plan or a pack before it expires, the gift is kept. A banner in your dashboard shows the time left, and we send an email reminder about a day before it ends.
Trial mode
Until your first payment a trial mode applies — the starter credits work in budget models:
- prompt-to-video — up to 5 seconds and no more than 60 credits per generation;
- other generations — no more than 10 credits;
- models outside the trial set show a lock and the note “Available after your first top-up”.
After any payment — a plan or a credit pack — there are no limits, and they never come back.
First-purchase discount
Once the gift is used up or expired and you haven’t paid yet, your dashboard opens a −30% first-purchase discount for 48 hours: the one-month Starter plan and the 390-credit pack.
